Integrating Nutrition Into Practice - Hormone Health

This course equips healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to apply personalized nutrition concepts to optimize hormone health. Participants will learn about the physiology and metabolism of key hormones, including cortisol, thyroid hormones, vitamin D, and sex hormones. The course focuses on hormone imbalances, insufficiencies, or deficiencies and the identification of personalized nutrition interventions and nutraceuticals to support hormonal health throughout the lifecycle.

This is the eleventh course in the Integrating Nutrition into Practice series. Completion of all twelve courses meets the eligibility requirements to sit for the Certified Personalized Nutrition Practitioner examination.
