In this course, healthcare professionals will gain a deep understanding of the role toxins play in human health and disease. Environmental pollutants, organic toxicants, and other harmful compounds can profoundly impact human health. Clinicians will acquire the knowledge and skills to tailor personalized nutrition interventions to mitigate the effects of toxins on human health and learn to assess and evaluate levels of toxicants in tissues and overall toxicity levels.
This is the tenth course in the Integrating Nutrition into Practice series. Completion of all twelve courses meets the eligibility requirements to sit for the Certified Personalized Nutrition Practitioner examination.
